The Miss West Virginia Volunteer Organization believes that there are many tools in life that are learned through positive influences, social interaction and mentoring. These tools include social skills, confidence and good manners, just to name a few.

With the values of the Miss America Volunteer and Miss West Virginia Volunteer programs, our Monarch Miss Program specializes in teaching these and many more important aspects that help to contribute to the development of a well-rounded individual.  The Monarch Miss program mentors young ladies who have an interest in competing in the Miss West Virginia Volunteer Scholarship Programs one day or may not compete at all, but want to be surrounded by highly motivated and  goal oriented young women.
